What we collect

The appraisal report you upload, which usually contains the borrower's name, the property address, loan identifiers and details about the home.

What you type into our forms: your name, email address, role, contract price, loan type, lender name and any optional details (company, phone, closing date, renovations, comparable sales).

If you sign in, one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.

How we use it

Only to rate the appraisal, prepare your document, deliver it to you, and ask you about the outcome about ten days later.

Reports are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to read the report and draft the document. [Attorney: confirm processor disclosures and data-processing terms for Anthropic, Vercel, Resend and Stripe.]

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Uploaded reports and the documents we generate are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.

We keep order records (what was bought, when, the rating and the outcome you report) without the report itself or your contact details, for accounting and to measure how well the service works.

If you have an account or belong to a brokerage plan, we keep your email address and plan membership until you or your broker close it.

How we protect it

Files are encrypted at rest and are never publicly accessible. Personal details are kept out of our system logs.
