Who we are

Appraisal Fighter is operated by Andrew McClam, a sole proprietor doing business as Appraisal Fighter. [Attorney: confirm entity name and address; an LLC may replace this before launch.]

The service

You upload an appraisal report and answer a few questions. We give you a free rating of whether the report supports a reconsideration-of-value request. If it does, you may buy a prepared request document.

The service is a document-preparation tool. It is not an appraisal, an appraisal review or an opinion of value. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the appraisal report and the other documents you upload, and that the information you give us is accurate.

You are responsible for reviewing the document, signing it where required, and submitting it through the lender. You agree not to contact the appraiser directly about it.

Price, payment and refunds

A single request costs $100, charged when you order. Subscription plans are billed monthly until cancelled.

If we cannot deliver your document within 24 hours of payment, we refund the order automatically. [Attorney: confirm refund language and whether any other refund right is required by state law.]

Because the document is prepared for you on order, other refunds are at our discretion. [Attorney: review.]

No guarantee

We do not promise that the appraiser or lender will change the value, or that your transaction will close.

Limit of liability

State appraisal law

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, and we store your acceptance with it.
